The locking clamp opens up to 3cm and therefore will fit any pushchair with a bar with a thickness of 3cm or less.

If not entirely satisfied goods can be returned to us within 14 days from delivery, providing that they haven’t been used, are still in their original packaging and are in perfect sellable condition.

The postage charge both ways is payable and deducted from the refund value; this also applies to those items with free shipping, in this case the outbound P&P will be deducted from the total..


Lost or Damaged Parcels

Is very rare that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit but should you experience any of this problems please contact us as we offer full support to our customers. We always keep the proof of postage and will replace or refund the undelivered or damaged item placing directly a claim with the delivery company.

Please note that we always report to Ebay members that request a refund or replacement for a non-received order and any of the above will be address only after an ebay case is opened by the buyer.

Domestic parcel can be considered  lost 14 days after dispatch.

International parcels can be considered lost 25 days after dispatch.
